Research Showcase

The 2027 Research Showcase Call for Abstracts Opens This Fall!

The ACFP proudly hosts the Research Showcase as part of our annual Family Medicine Summit (Summit). This unique research event has become one of the most valued opportunities in Alberta for family medicine and primary care researchers to present and share their research projects. We’re very privileged to have some of the best researchers in Alberta in attendance at this event.

Changes for 2026

New Location – Calgary, AB

The Summit is heading to the Sheraton Eau Claire in Calgary, AB this year! While we’ll be trading mountain views for a downtown skyline, the urban setting offers a wonderful opportunity for academics, physicians, and peers to come together for knowledge, exchange, learning and connection.
