You are invited to share your perspectives on COPD care in Alberta!
We are seeking General Practitioners, Respirologists, and Emergency Physicians to take part in the survey on provision of COPD care in Alberta. Researchers want to explore the current practices and physicians’ perceptions regarding clinical services provided by community pharmacists. The survey is expected to take 10 minutes and as an incentive, we are offering a draw to all participants who complete the survey a chance to win $100 Amazon card (with estimated success of winning 1 in 10).
