This is the fifth webinar in the bi-weekly series on the care and management of COVID-19 patients in the community. This webinar has been designed to assist physicians in promoting self-care in a rapidly changing environment. Changing expectations in personal and professional lives related to COVID-19 have increased stress, depression, and anxiety across the population. Physicians are experiencing these same stressors and feelings. This session will focus on recognizing the impact of these stressors on physicians, some suggestions in maintaining resiliency and offering support to colleagues.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this session participants will be able to:
• Evaluate the impact of stressors related to COVID-19 on their personal and professional lives
• Identify one or more resources to support physicians manage stressors

• This webinar series is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1), as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the University of Calgary Office of Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development. You may claim a maximum of 45 hours (credits are automatically calculated). This session is 1.0 hours.
• Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
