Project Title: Telehealth and Occupational Well-Being in Primary Care: A Structural Equation Model of Pleasure, Engagement, and Meaning Among Family Physicians
End Date: April 2026
Survey Link: Qualtrics Survey | Qualtrics Experience Management
Telehealth is increasingly being integrated into family medicine, but we know little about how it affects the family physicians delivering it. From scheduling and screen switching to patient continuity and interruptions, virtual care changes how family physicians experience their work.
This research investigates how telehealth affects the day-to-day work experiences of family physicians, focusing on three core aspects of well-being: pleasure (enjoyment and satisfaction), engagement (energy and focus), and meaning (sense of purpose).
The survey takes 10–15 minutes and includes validated questions used in occupational well-being research. Participation is anonymous, and no identifying or clinical data is collected.
