The OurCare project is conducting a new research survey, in partnership with the Canadian Medical Association, to hear from people across Canada about their experiences with primary care and where we can make improvements. Help us hear from as many people as possible.
To share the link to the research survey with patients and the public, use these materials or have them visit ourcare.ca/survey and take the survey by July 9, 2025. It only takes 10-15 minutes to complete and is confidential.
