Project Title: Optimizing Potassium Management in Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome: Potassium Management Practices Survey

End Date: February 28, 2026

Survey Link: https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5tKXIezAtWQGPwa

You’re invited to take part in a survey (10-12 minutes) and contribute to a needs assessment on potassium management practices among multidisciplinary health care providers. By taking part, you will be helping UBC researchers to understand better the issues and challenges faced by providers in managing outpatient potassium levels. The data will be used to inform the co-design of a future implementation study, with the goal of developing potassium management strategies that are harmonized among health specialties, while optimizing patient- and provider outcomes, and resource allocation.

The survey is open to physicians and allied health professionals in Canada in nephrology, cardiology, endocrinology, general internal medicine, and primary care who manage patients with cardio-kidney-metabolic syndrome. Participation is voluntary, and information collected is anonymized.
