A Symbol of Commitment, Dedication, and Honour
The ACFP would like to recognize, acknowledge, and honour its members with an emblem to symbolize their commitment to the specialty of family medicine and a sense of community with their fellow members.
The ACFP Pin of Honour will be a visual signal to others that this physician holds a designation in family medicine and belongs to a professional organization. A professional organization that aspires to be reflective of its membership by advancing excellence and building awareness of the value of family medicine through responsive and adaptive communication, advocacy, research, engagement, and continuing professional development.

Complete the online form to order your Pin of Honour. The Pin of Honour will be directly mailed to you at the address you provide on the form. The first wave of mailouts are scheduled to arrive in early May. Please note only certified practising members will be eligible for the Pin of Honour.
We ask that only recipients of the Pin of Honour should wear the pin (e.g., not your partner, spouse, colleagues, or child). We call upon our Pin of Honour honourees to don your pin with pride to signify that you are a certificant of the CFPC and a member of the ACFP.
Special recipients of the Pin of Honour may also be gifted by the Board and Executive Director and staff as a symbol of ACFP camaraderie and ambassadorship.
