Does a copy of the COA need to be uploaded when submitting certified credits?
You should keep your certificate of attendance or proof of participation for a minimum of six years in case you are selected for a random audit. However, reporting credits on Mainpro+ only requires you to populate information that would be found in your certificate of attendance (ie. Session ID number).
