InnovateHealth is a multi-session training program designed to help Alberta’s primary care teams build the skills and confidence to lead change as the health system evolves. Developed in collaboration with primary care partners including the ACFP, this program is funded through the Primary Care Innovation Grant and available to primary care teams at no cost.
