Executive Director’s Message – March 2025

Read Full eNews

I wish to announce to all of you my decision to resign from my role as Executive Director of the Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) as of May 30th, 2025.

I have had such an amazing experience with this organization and feel that I have been able to add value and contribute to the growth and reputation of the ACFP. I have had the opportunity to work with brilliant Board members and staff over the course of the 14 years in this position. Every day has been engaging and challenging. I have truly enjoyed and grown personally and professionally during my time here!

With the time I have left in this position, I remain committed to ensuring we stay focused on our government relations priorities, supporting the Board and staff through this transition, strengthening our existing partnerships, and finding and onboarding a new Executive Director.

Thank you so much for entrusting me with the leadership of the ACFP over these years.

Sincerely,

Terri Potter
