• Describe an approach to the differential diagnosis of posterior-lateral hip pain, anterior hip pain, anterior knee pain, and achilles tendon pain
• Discuss evidence and indications for injection
• Summarize evidence-based exercise therapy used for common diagnoses related to hip, knee, and achilles tendon pain
