I have been involved in research, evaluation, and quality improvement in primary care in Alberta for 15 years. This work lead to the development of Central Patient Attachment Registry (CPAR), the HQCA Panel Reports, Alberta Screening and Prevention (ASaP) maneuvers, and general measurement within primary care. As a Scientist on the Provincial Primary Healthcare program, I work to ensure the primary care perspective is captured and evidence is gathered across various priority areas, such as but not limited to, the Home to Hospital to Home (H2H2H) Guideline, Alberta Surgical Initiative Specialty Access Bundle (ASI-SAB), and several rapid reviews to inform the response to COVID-19.
